Tournament Includes: Beer All Weekend; Saturday Morning Breakfas; Lunch; Dinner and Party; Sunday Morning Breakfast; 3 Match Guarantee; Awards and Prizes.
Entry Fee: $100 per Doubles Team or $50 per individual player
Entry Levels: Mens 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, Open.
Womens: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, Open.
Mixed Doubles: 5.5, 6.5 7.5
Levels are determined by your USTA rating. When signing up, you may play up but not down a level. If you are a beginning player with no USTA rating, the suggested entry is 2.5. You may enter only one event.
Entry fee made payable to the Autism Society of Acadiana (ASAC) and mailed to Autism Society of Acadiana, P. O. Box 91553, Lafayette, LA 70509.

Potluck Slideshow @ Pack & Paddle

This unique new event is not to be missed! Join the outdoor community of Lafayette for a combination potluck and outdoor photography exhibition. Bring an entree, side dish, appetizer or dessert and enjoy a wonderful supper as we see the work of local amateur photographers on the big screen.
In this fast paced format, each presenter will be limited to 5 minutes and no more than 40 photos. After each presenter, members of the audience will be asked to rate the show on a scale of 1-10. At the end of the night, the scores will be tallied, and the winning photographer will receive a new Pelican waterproof camera case. PLEASE come out to encourage our outdoor photographers and you're sure to have a great time while you're at it!
For potential presenters:
Thank you for your interest in showing work at the next Photography Potluck. This event is very low key and easy. Presentations are a maximum of 5 minutes each, but most are shorter, and we recommend between 15-40 images. We accept photos in digital format only. The general theme is outdoor photography; feel free to show landscapes, people in the outdoors, action photography in the outdoors or anything else with an outdoors-y theme. When presenting photographs, there are many ways to go about it. One should not be afraid of making thoughtful observations on the theme, creating narratives, combining music, speaking, or even performing with images. We encourage creativity and fun. Your photos must be turned in 7 days prior to the event for review.
We look forward to seeing all of you at our first ever Outdoor Photography Potluck event! Pack & Paddle, 601 E. Pinhook Rd, Lafayette Parish.

Wildcatters T-Shirt Design Contest
The Lafayette Wildcatters need your help in designing next season's Wildcatters' t-shirt.
Do you think you can make a better shirt then we have this year, do you know the type of shirt the fans want, if so submit a t-shirt design to the Wildcatters T-Shirt Design Contest.
Winner will receive a Family 4 Pack of Season tickets for the 2011 season.
Deadline is: November 30, 2010

Rules and Regulations
1. All t-shirt design should be emailed to caleb@lafayettewildcatters.com. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . (all files should be in jpg, jpeg, mpeg, gif, or bmp format)
2. T-shirt designs should not have any profane language.
3. T-shirt needs to have the Wildcatters team colors in the design.
4. No copyrighted or trademarked material should be used except those of the Lafayette Wildcatters.
5. After the deadline the Wildcatters staff will pick the top four designs and post them to our website and have a Wildcatters Poll for the fans to vote on their favorite.
6. The design with the most votes will win and have their design appear on an official Wildcatters T-shirt that will be sold during every home game.
7. All entrees wave all rights to their design and are then own solely by the Lafayette Wildcatters to use at their discretion when design is emailed to the Wildcatters. The Cajundome, 444 Cajundome Boulevard, Lafayette Parish.
